Buying one of a kind, handmade custom painted furniture and/or Art is a considered investment. We want you to be extremely satisfied with your purchase. We make every attempt to provide you with as many details as possible, so you are well informed and ecstatic with your selection. We are a small business of one person. This is our livelihood. Any kind of return for a creative based business can have serious impact and it hurts to think that someone may be unhappy for any reason. CONTACT US WITH ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE.

Please pay close attention to the dimensions and sizes of all products and look at special care instructions.

WE ONLY ISSUE STORE CREDITS FOR USE ON ITEMS OF EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE. NO CASH REFUNDS.

Returns must be within 14 DAYS of date of purchase.

The company must be notified via email to initiate a return. Customer must provide as much information as possible as to why they wish to return an item for store credit.

Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and packaging.

Because of the nature of the items we sell, NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND ON FURNITURE OR ANY PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS SITE unless the fault of the return is due to an error of the company.

Only STORE CREDITS are issued for approved returns.

A store credit would be issued for an item of equal or lesser value for acceptable returns.

THE CUSTOMER IS NOTIFIED WHEN THE ITEM IS RETURNED.

THE STORE CREDIT WILL ONLY BE ISSUED AFTER THE ITEM IS INSPECTED AND RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS AT TIME OF SALE.

Any/all items returned must be in the same condition received.

Customers will be issued a store credit which may be used on the site and are not cash refunds.
